• Managing Viewings: Arranging and conducting property viewings, highlighting key selling points, and building rapport with prospective buyers.
• Negotiating Deals: Acting as a mediator to present offers, negotiate prices, and secure a deal that is mutually acceptable to both the buyer and the seller.

WEEKEND / PART TIME

The ideal candidate will:-

• Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times with an outgoing approachable nature.
• Display high standards of service and presentation.
• Be a car owner with a full driving licence & be insured for business use.
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
• Be ambitious and energetic with a strong work ethic and motivated by high financial reward.
