We are seeking a professional and organised front desk receptionist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and members in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer phone calls promptly, using proper phone etiquette
- Actively work to increase member numbers through sign ups and membership retention
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using relevant software programmes (training provided)
- Utilise Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks
- Assist with general administrative duties as required to support team operations
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
Skills
- Time management, being punctual
- Proven office experience or administrative background
- Strong computer skills
