Customer Service Representative - Alrog Engineering (Remote)

Job Title: Part-Time Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote
Pay: £25.00 per hour / £500 weekly
Work Schedule: Flexible hours


Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate information.
2. Problem Solving: Address customer complaints or issues, working to resolve them efficiently.
3. Order Processing: Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.


Qualifications:

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require further education or experience.
2. Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is often preferred.
3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
