Women's Rugby is a society looking to recruit and expand at Bucks University. It is one of the many societies that Bucks has to offer it's students. It is a fully inclusive society accepting of anyone regardless of ability. We are a committed, dilligent and fun group of women who thoroughly enjoy and take pride in the sport we play! One of our central aims is to offer students a sport that is not typically made available to them and most importantly to have a great time doing it.
We are fortunate enough to compete at Varsity each year against our rivals Roehampton. We have previously beaten them but have also lost to them so we are all super keen to develop as a team and get a win over them again at Varsity 2020 - as we have proved our capability to do so.
We train weekly on a Friday from 7pm to 8:30pm. The location of training is yet to be confirmed but will be local to University. We meet at the SU beforehand at around 6:40pm to ensure we have got all the team and kit together before heading to training. We would normally travel on the minibus but if unavailable we make our own way to training which normally involves sharing lifts. We would arrive back at University for around 8:45pm.

If you have any questions or queries please don't hesitate to get in contact with one of the committee members who would be more than happy to help. We are so looking foward to welcoming new players and establishing a squad of players who love the sport as much as we do!
