As a second-year nursing student, I have learned that the best care starts with listening, advocacy, and a commitment to the well-being of others. I am running for Student Trustee because I believe our student body deserves a representative who is as dedicated to our university community as we are to our future professions. I have been a student rep and part of the leadership academy for the last two years, and this year I have also taken on the role of student development ambassador, so I am well experienced 

If elected, I will focus on:

• Transparency and Advocacy: I will act as a direct bridge between the student body and the Board of Trustees, ensuring your concerns—from tuition costs to campus facilities—are heard and prioritised in every decision.

• Resource Accessibility: I will advocate for better clinical placement support, as well as improved study spaces within the campus for all.

• Inclusive Representation: Every student deserves to feel they belong. I will champion initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all campus's.

In nursing, we are taught to be the patient’s strongest advocate. As your Student Trustee, I will be yours. I offer a steady hand, a compassionate ear, and the determination to ensure our university works for every student.
