Want to shape what your Students’ Union focuses on next year? Stand for one of our full-time Elected Officer roles and help lead real change for students at BNU. You’ll earn a salary of £25,948 and have the chance to set priorities, work with the University, and make sure student voices are heard - from education and welfare to campus experience, communities, sustainability and inclusion.

What each officer role is responsible for.

President

Full-time

Principal officer of the Union and is responsible for setting the political direction and communicating with all stakeholders.

Vice President Education and Welfare (VPEW)

Full-time

Responsible for improving and enhancing all students' educational experience and welfare at BNU.

Vice President Student Affairs and Campus Experience (VPSACE)

Full-time

Responsible for academic representation, student welfare, and campus experience for those studying outside of High Wycombe.

Vice President Achievement and Belonging (VPAB)

Full-time

Responsible for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, sustainability initiatives, and the growth and development of student-led communities (e.g. sports teams, societies or volunteering).
