This session is designed for neurodivergent students and graduates who may find the recruitment process daunting. It will cover barriers you might face and practical solutions to overcome them, including topics such as imposter syndrome, fear of discrimination, inclusive employers, legal rights, and examples of adjustments to help you demonstrate your skills. You do not need a diagnosis to attend if you feel affected, this is a safe space to learn and ask questions.
