This session focuses on empowering disabled and neurodivergent students to request the adjustments they need for equity in recruitment and the workplace. It will provide an overview of the Equality Act, employer responsibilities, and what constitutes a ‘reasonable’ adjustment. It’s a safe environment to ask questions and learn how EmployAbility can support you.
