Meet us at in the car park at Wycombe Rye Lido. Please note this is a pay and display car park. The address is Bassetsbury Lane, High Wycombe HP11 1QX. Look out for the Chiltern Rangers truck on arrival.
Please can we ask everyone to arrive on time to ensure you do not miss the health & safety and task briefing. If you are late and the session has already started, you may not be able to join. Thank you.

The Task:
Today we will be working in the river clearing litter and excess vegetation. We'll also be litter picking the river side and verges! Lots to do, come along and say hello!
Timings (please note these timings are approximate):
10.00: Arrival for task and safety briefing and get your waders on, please don't be late!
10.15: Work begins
11.30: Tea & coffee break
13.00: Work finishes, time to go home!
What to bring:
We will supply waders.
Please bring your gloves (we will have spares) and dress for the weather and the task.
Long trousers are advisable as there may be ticks and thorny vegetation. We also recommend wearing steel toe capped or sturdy boots rather than trainers.
Wear layers that you can remove if you get hot whilst working. Bring a waterproof as most of our sites have no shelter from the rain. Bring a hat and suncream if it's sunny.
Please bring plenty of fluids. We will bring a tea kit and biscuits.
