Led by Emily Davidson – Personal Trainer & Online Fitness Coach (feelgoodwithem), this guided workout session will kick off with a calming yoga warm-up to loosen you up and get you focused. Then we turn up the intensity with a proper gym-style workout, instructor-led and powered by a live DJ soundtrack to keep the energy high from start to finish.
Whether you’re a fitness regular or just want to try something different, this session is designed to be motivating, fun and accessible to everyone.
