The session will explore the value of non-linear career paths and how varied experiences can shape a successful entrepreneurial journey. Drawing on her own story, she will discuss how common zig-zag pathways are in the UK, share key lessons learned, and offer practical tips to help students navigate uncertainty and make informed, confident career choices.

The hybrid session will include interactive bits where students will have a chance to engage with the speaker to improve learning and outcomes.
