Join us for our first Union Council of the year! Union Council is a democratic space for students to voice their opinions on issues that matter to them and enact change at BNU. The purpose of Union Council is to hold the Students’ Union Elected Officers to account and hear more about what we as a Union are doing to make positive change for you as a student and bring your priorities to life.
Union Council is a place to host discussions where students are invited to feedback their views on big topics associated with University life and meet guest speakers. You can find out what the Students’ Union has been doing over the past month and ask your elected officers what they have been doing off the back of your feedback from the previous meeting. This month, we are also looking to hear your views on student concerns regarding usage of AI across the University, and are holding a small discussion to get a better understanding of the views of students.
Free refreshments are provided at every meeting including Domino's pizza, as well as a giveaway for everyone who attended, either in person or online, So not only can you have a major input on the student experience, but you can also grab yourself some free pizza in the process - what's not to love?
