What is the course?
This course is for adults who want to build confidence when using a computer. It is designed for complete beginners or those who feel unsure about basic digital tasks. You will learn how to use a computer safely and comfortably so that everyday activities feel easier.
The course covers simple skills such as using a mouse and keyboard, opening programs, browsing the internet and sending emails. You will also learn how to keep your personal information safe online and how to solve common problems in a calm and practical way.
By the end of the course, you will feel more in control when using technology in daily life at home or at work.
