Want to learn a practical skill that could come in handy both on and off the pitch?
Get hands-on with our Sports Taping Course and learn how taping can be used to support joints, provide stability and help athletes stay active. You’ll be introduced to different types of sports tape and shown practical techniques for areas such as the ankle, wrist, knee and shoulder.
This is a practical, interactive session where you’ll get the chance to have a go yourself, build your confidence and learn a skill you can take with you into sport, university and the workplace.
Whether you’re a sports student, studying physiotherapy or healthcare, part of a sports club, an aspiring coach, or simply interested in learning something new, this course is for you!
