Over a hundred residents came to our first Town Meeting and set out a shared direction and ways to improve the town for all residents. This time we are bringing together residents, community groups, businesses and public bodies to talk about what matters at every level (street, neighbourhood, town and county) and to agree practical projects people can start themselves. We will also be highlighting the great work that charities, community groups and volunteering organisations do across the town.
Students are part of Wycombe's community, and we would love BNU students to have their say about the town they study and live in. Please share this with students who might be interested, and the union would be very welcome to take a table.
We are also building up a map of all of Wycombe's local and community groups on our website. Please take a look at wycombians.org.uk
