It isn't standing in a room learning how to perform holds at a slow pace. This is real-life scenario, real self-defence training that is applicable to real life.

This FREE Self Defence course is designed to teach you a number of techniques and skills to protect and handle yourself in a difficult situation. Learning the art of Self Defence will leave you feeling empowered, confident and assertive. 

Attending this class will give you transferable skills in:

  • physical fitness
  • decision making
