Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at a vibrant restaurant in the heart of the city. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and hot drinks
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
- Upsell drinks and promote special offers to increase sales
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink orders
- Handle cash transactions accurately

Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a busy restaurant or bar setting
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and beverage mixing
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with basic culinary terms and practices
- A proactive attitude towards helping colleagues and ensuring smooth operations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
