Salary: Weekday Rate £12.60 per hour, Weekend Rate £13.20 per hour

Job Summary
FedBucks despatchers ensure cases are effectively handled and that all relevant documentation is recorded to support decisions and capacity.
Responsibilities
This post requires efficient and accurate administrative skills, excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask whilst working in a busy fast-paced environment undertaking a variety of tasks.
The successful candidates will need to be able to deal with difficult and stressful situations with courtesy and empathy.
You will act as a focal point of communication between patients, and medical/clinical and operational staff.
To have a good understanding of adastra, manage the despatch screens, ensuring cases are effectively handled within breach times.
Ensure comfort calling is undertaken in line with Patient Safety Calling, Courtesy Calling & No Reply Procedure.
Manage the home visits ensuring they are prioritised in time order to prevent breach times. To contact patients and book appointments to attend our Primary Care Centres.
Ensure all relevant documentation is recorded to support decisions and capacity.
