Community Care Assistant – Aylesbury
Full time and part time positions available

About the role:
Join Care & Carers, a trusted home care provider delivering ethical, connected support to adults in their own homes. Our care calls range from 7am to 10pm, helping people start and end their day with dignity, comfort, and personalised care.

Main duties include:

• Assisting with personal care, meals, and medication

Supporting daily routines and wellbeing

Providing compassionate companionship and practical support in the community

What we are looking for:

• Experience in care is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided

Empathy, reliability, and strong communication skills

Full driving licence essential

Must be eligible to work in the UK
