Espresso Vibes is looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Mobile Barista to join our team for the summer season on a flexible, event-based basis.

This is an as-needed role, meaning shifts will be offered whenever we have bookings, activations, festivals, corporate events, weddings, or brand collaborations. You’ll travel to different locations, prepare high-quality coffee, and provide an exceptional customer experience while representing our brand alongside major clients and events.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced environments, meeting new people, and has a genuine passion for coffee and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to a high standard
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a professional and friendly manner
• Set up and operate mobile coffee equipment at event locations
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station throughout shifts
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
• Handle cash and card payments accurately using portable payment systems
• Assist with setup and pack-down of equipment before and after events
• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality
• Represent Espresso Vibes professionally at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista
• Confident working in customer-facing environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different event environments
• Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Food Safety certification is beneficial but not essential
• Driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory
