Position: Support Worker/Care Assistant 

Location: High Wycombe 

Salary: £13.77 per hour 

Hours: Flexible shift pattern (20 hours a week for students)

As a Support Worker/Care Assistant, you will provide compassionate, person-centred support, helping people feel respected, included and empowered to develop independence and achieve their personal goals. You will work closely with colleagues, families and professionals, valuing collaboration to create a safe and positive home environment. About the role You will:

• Support people with daily living skills, activities and personal care

• Promote independence, choice and dignity

• Help individuals work towards their goals and aspirations

• Support medication, health, safety and wellbeing

• Contribute to care plans, risk assessments and mentoring new staff About you

• You will bring a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help others thrive. You will communicate well, work flexibly across shifts, and share our commitment to respect, inclusion and empowerment.

• 28 days of paid statutory leave per year (inclusive of bank holidays, or pro-rata for part-time hours).
