The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Master Mind Mentor. As a Mentor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young individuals by providing guidance, support, and education. This is a rewarding position for someone with a passion for youth work and special education. We get commissionedby a number of local athorities Youth Offending Services, Local Councils, Children services, SEND Special Educational Needs & Disabilities as well as Local schools to deliver our Programs so our mentees come from various different backgrounds.

Duties:

- Build meaningful relationships with mentees and provide emotional support

- Assist mentees in setting and achieving personal goals

- Develop and implement educational activities and lesson plans

- Provide guidance and mentorship to help mentees navigate challenges

- Collaborate with parents, teachers, Social Workers and other professionals to ensure the success of mentees

- Monitor progress and track outcomes of mentees - Maintain accurate records of mentoring sessions

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to establish rapport with mentees and create a safe and supportive environment

- Patience, empathy, and understanding

- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of individual mentees

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Basic IT skills and Literacy

- Full UK Driver’s License & Access to a Vehicle

- Access to a Laptop or Desktop

Full Training Will Be Provided

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.44-£19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week Schedule: Flexitime Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types: Loyalty bonus Performance bonus

Work Location: On the road
