Activities Coordinator (Competitive Sport)

The Activities Coordinator for Competitive Sport will support the Student Activities Manager in increasing the number of students participating in competitive sporting activity. Through providing operational support for all clubs and teams operating within the Athletic Union, you will support the Union’s ongoing aim to improve the student experience through sport and physical recreation opportunities within the University.

 

Student Opportunity School Officer

As school officer you would head up representation in your school, liaising with student reps to ensure that you have a sound understanding of the issues affecting students across the variety of courses within your school.

 

Student Opportunity: Bucks Student Editor

To collate, review and proof all student written content for The Bucks Student. You will take a lead in the creative and editorial decisions of the paper and be responsible for making sure content is ready on time for production. You will also act as a representative of the publication and Students’ Union at all times.

 

Student Opportunity: Freshers Helpers and Head Freshers Helpers

To help students integrate into Bucks New Uni and the local community and provide a friendly welcome to new students during their first few weeks of term.

 

Student Opportunity: Bucks Buddy

We are recruiting Buddies to support our applicants from when they apply and throughout their first term at Bucks.

 

Student Opportunity: Bar Staff

Salary:  £6.61 - £8.27 per hour (including annual leave entitlement)

Details:Working with the team to ensure the smooth running of the bar within the Venue at our High Wycombe campus and consistently delivering the highest customer service standard.

 

Student Opportunity: Event Staff

Salary:  £6.61 - £8.27 per hour (including annual leave entitlement)

Details:A varied and interesting role, this opportunity includes stewarding responsibilities as well as that of door entry and running the cloakroom.

 

Student Opportunity: Event Technician

A varied and interesting role, this opportunity includes running the entire production for all live nights within a team of five. This role is an enjoyable and rewarding, working in an extremely sociable environment. We expect a high level of commitment and a real passion to be part of a dedicated working team. You will need to be hardworking, fun and always ready to work with a smile on your face.

 

Student Opportunity: Event Security

Salary:  £8.55 per hour (including annual leave entitlement)

A varied and interesting role, you will work closely with other security and venue staff ensuring the delivery of our duty of care to all customers.

 

Student Opportunity: Student Staff 2019/2020
