Bucks Students’ Union celebrates ranking 5th in the UK for student satisfaction in the 2025 National Student Survey, marking nine years in the top five!
We’re officially in the top five!
The results are in, and Bucks Students’ Union (Bucks SU) has once again been named among the very best in the country. According to the latest National Student Survey (NSS) results, we’re now ranked 5th in the UK for student satisfaction – and that’s not just a one-off. This marks our ninth consecutive year in the top five!
What is the NSS?
The National Student Survey is a major independent survey run by Ipsos, asking final year students at every UK university about their experience, from courses and teaching to the support and sense of community provided by their Students’ Union.
How did Bucks Students' Union do?
- 5th best Students’ Union in the UK for both ‘Taught’ and ‘Registered’ student categories, out of 137 SUs!
- Satisfaction up again: Our score rose from 83.5% in 2024 to an incredible 86.6% in 2025.
- That’s 10.8% higher than the UK sector average (75.8%) – and we’re still climbing!
