Getting to education should not be a struggle because of travel costs.
Getting to education should not be a struggle because of travel costs. For many students and apprentices, the cost of public transport can be a real challenge, making it harder to attend classes and training regularly.
According to the campaign, 20% of students and apprentices have missed classes because they could not afford public transport. This shows how much travel costs can affect students and their education.
Free bus travel for students and apprentices could help ease this pressure, make it easier to attend classes and give young people more opportunities to focus on their studies and future careers.
By signing the petition, we can help raise awareness and support the call for change. Everyone should have the chance to access education without having to worry about the cost of getting there.
Now is the time to raise your voice and have your say! Sign the petition today and support the call for free bus travel for all students and apprentices.
