Hey everyone, I’m Jean Marc, your Students’ Union President.
I studied Sports Business Management at Bucks and was actively involved with the Students' Union throughout my time as a student. From being Club President of Bucks Men's Rugby to taking on a range of leadership roles across the Union, these experiences gave me a real passion for representing students and making a positive difference.
I chose to run for a second term as President because I know there's still more, I can achieve for our students. Over the past year, we've made great progress, but I'm determined to build on that work, continue improving the student experience, and make sure every student feel supported, represented, and heard.
As President, my role is to be your voice and champion the issues that matter most to you. Working alongside the Students' Union team, I'll continue to advocate for your needs, create opportunities for you to thrive, and ensure your feedback leads to meaningful change. My commitment is to make your time at Bucks the best it can be.
Focuses this year:
This year showed that listening to students and working together leads to real change. As I begin my second term, I'll continue making sure your voice is at the heart of every decision. My priorities are improving value for money, strengthening student wellbeing and campus safety, and responding quickly and transparently to the issues that matter most to you.
While these priorities guide my work, I'll continue to adapt to the changing needs of our students and support new projects throughout the year. Keep an eye on my social media for updates and opportunities to get involved.

Who am I when I’m off Duty?
When I'm not on campus, you'll usually find me playing rugby for Marlow RUFC or keeping active at the gym. I also enjoy spending time with friends and unwinding with a good video game.
