Wednesday - 7-8:30pm Strength and conditioning at Little Marlow athletics track,

Thursday - 7-8:30pm Little Marlow athletics track,

Saturday - 10:30-12 noon Hills at Highenden park/ 8:30am Parkrun at Wycombe Rye 

Sundays - 10:30-12 noon Steady state and trail at Hughenden park.
