Pole fitness is an amazing way to improve self confidence, strength and flexibility. We aim to provide fun dance and fitness class to each one of our members! No matter if you’re a complete beginner or have been doing pole fitness for years everyone is welcome!
The pole society meet on a weekly basis to learn pole dance and pole fitness. Being part of the pole society is a great way to improve multiple fitness elements such as strength, flexibility, and endurance whilst having fun! Being a member of the society also enables you to meet new people and form relationships through doing things like volunteering and attending group days out. To join all you need to do is add and checkout a membership through the SU page and you will be added to our mailing list, it’s as easy as that!
The exact days we will meet is to be confirmed ASAP. The structure of sessions throughout the month will be:
Week 1: Weekday pole session with Beth
Week 2: Weekday pole session with Beth
Week 3: Weekday pole conditioning with Beth
Week 4: Sunday masterclass with Mikey.
Sessions will be held in the gateway gym. Don’t worry, we know that the majority of our members will be brand new to pole (exciting!) and lessons will be planned and structured to accommodate this. There are no prerequisites to join, we want to be as inclusive as possible so if adjustments need to be made for you to attend, please reach out to us on social media and we can discuss this with you.
