Pole fitness is an amazing way to improve self confidence, strength and flexibility. We aim to provide fun dance and fitness class to each one of our members! No matter if you’re a complete beginner or have been doing pole fitness for years everyone is welcome!
Pole fitness takes place in room G0.08 between 3:30-4:30 and 4:30-5:30 every Sunday.
