BUCS (British Universities and College Sport) is the National Governing Body for Higher Education Sport in the UK. BUCS cover over 50 sports in team and individual competitions.
BUCS Individual competitions are host to the best student athletes in the country. If you are already competing outside of University at county level or above you may qualify to be able to represent Bucks New University in one of the following sports:
Archery
Boxing
Canoeing
Clay Pidgeon Shooting
Cycling
Equestrian
Fencing
Ju Jitsu
Judo
Karate
Modern Biathlon/ Pentathlon
Pool
Squash
Table tennis
Individuals must already be competing at county level and own their own equipment to be able to be entered. If you would like to be entered please e-mail sport@bucks.ac.uk with your name, Student ID, Sport, current level of competition. Please be aware that to compete there will be minimum entry requirements for each different discipline.
