This practical, entry-level course equips participants with the essential skills and knowledge to respond confidently in emergency situations. Designed for workplaces, community groups, and individuals, the training focuses on recognizing medical emergencies, providing immediate care, and supporting the casualty until professional help arrives.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Recognize common emergencies and assess priorities

Perform CPR and safely use an AED

Provide effective first aid for life-threatening conditions and injuries

Communicate effectively with emergency services

Access infomation: This course will be in a room that is accessible, however you will need to be mobile to participate in this course. There will be a sustained period of time on the floor performing CPR.
