Description: Descend the steps of the Bunker and discover the rooms that changed the course of history. Your expert guide will talk you through the history of the site before you begin your descent down, enter through the Guard Room and into the preserved Operations Room for a 45-minute talk about how the Bunker worked, who worked there, and its pivotal role during the Battle of Britain and beyond. You will then have the opportunity to explore the Plotting Room and our museum in the Controller’s Cabins at your leisure. Your tour ticket will also include access to our Visitor Centre and Exhibition.

Access information: Access to the Bunker is via 76 steps. walking tours are around 75 minutes long.
