Who are we?

White Leaf Support are a specialist health and social care provider supporting individuals with a learning disability, autism, or mental health diagnoses, working with a person-centred approach, supporting people to live as independently as possible and to access the community around them.

We are currently recruiting for Full Time and Part Time Support Workers to join our successful services which includes Residential Care Homes and Supported Living Services in High Wycombe.

Shifts are Monday to Sunday for 24/7 services.

What we are looking for from you:

· A passion to provide support and assistance with daily living to people with autism, mental health diagnoses and learning disabilities.

· Clear communication skills (verbally & written).

· Willingness to carry out personal care tasks (for male & female residents).

· Good hygiene and infection control skills.

· Level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable).

· Previous experience / Transferable Skills.

· £12.50 per hour (*Rising to £12.62 per hour after successful probation*)
