Your Voice Feedback

The sheet to use when collecting feedback from your group or year.

For September cohorts at Aylesbury, High Wycombe and Uxbridge your Term One Your Voice Feedback is due by Sunday 7 December.

For September cohorts at Oxford and Nottingham your feedback deadline is Sunday 4 January 2026.

For January, February and April Cohort students the Your Voice feedback collection period for 24/25 has ended.

Standard Pathway Student Rep Log Sheet

Condensed Pathway Student Rep Log Sheet

The form to keep track of your work and payment for those on part-time programmes, foundation programmes, who are distance learners, and those who complete placements (including all placement students in Health and Society).  

This must be handed into the Students' Union or emailed to surepresentation@bnu.ac.uk no later than Friday 25 September 2026 for January 2026 Cohort Reps and Friday 29 January 2027 for April 2026 Cohort Reps.
