Mental Health in Sport

Description:
During this session you will follow a workbook. this will inclide learning about the mental health continuum, how to support a teammate, how to develop an action plan and how to motivate and give confidence to make a positive change.
You will gain:
- Knowledge of mental health conditions
- How you can aid those in need of support
- Where you should point people in the direction of mental health support
- How to use mental health tools to keep yourself well
- How to intiate the conversations about mental health
- Understand that anyone can struggle with their mental health
You will gain a certificate after this session to show that you have taken part.
