Driver: We are looking for drivers to join our operations team at Fedbucks Urgent Care Services ASAP, your role will include driving clinicians out to patient visits, in a marked doctors vehicle across all services, Aylesbury and High Wycombe.
Working pattern: Every Saturday 12:00 - 18:00
Rates of Pay: Weekday £12.60 per hour, Weekend £13.20 per hour

We provide the out of hours service in Buckinghamshire, our drivers take our clinicians out on home visits.
Responsibilities
To effectively be able to correctly set up the visiting car ensuring all drugs and prescriptions are appropriately checked out and recorded, also all vehicle checks are undertaken. You are responsible for the medication and prescriptions on each shift and the safety of yourself, the clinician and the vehicle. We are not an emergency service but need to ensure that where possible cases are managed within breach times.
You will be required to provide a variety of clerical tasks including booking in patients on our system and also arrival patients on our computerised patient administration systems. Successful candidates will be the first point of contact for patients when they arrive into our service, You will act as a focal point of communication between patients, and medical/clinical and operational staff. This post requires efficient and accurate keyboard skills, excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask whilst working in a busy fast-paced environment undertaking a variety of tasks on the reception team.
Essential skills / knowledge:
- GCSE or equivalent grade “C” and above in English and Maths
- Good driving skills and ideally clean driving licence
- Effective telephone manner
- Good Organisational & administration skills
- Previous driving experience
- Relevant computer skills and familiarity with word/ email packages
- Good local geographic knowledge
- Age restrictions may apply to driving roles
